Staffing Manager
Aimee Cawrey relocated to Denver and joined Lakeshore as a Staffing Manager in our Downtown Denver office in 2007. Aimee previously worked in Account Management in the Employee Benefits area for over three years. Prior to this, she spent six years at Great Lakes Health Plan, a Medicaid HMO in Michigan, where she started as Human Resources Representative and then was promoted to Human Resources Manager. Her career began with AlliedSignal in the Staffing Department after obtaining her BA from Western Michigan University, where she majored in Organizational Communication and minored in Management. Her spare time is spent enjoying outdoor activities with friends and family.

Cathy Ng graduated from Truman State University where she earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Cathy started her career on the Management Team at Target Corporation. Prior to joining Lakeshore, she was with Ernst and Young as a Resource Manager for their Audit group in Chicago where she coordinated engagements for Staff and Senior Auditors. Cathy joined the Lakeshore team three years ago and is currently on our Downtown Denver team. She is originally from St. Louis, Missouri where she started her passion for the “fastest sport on two feet.” She is a former lacrosse player, coach and official.

Courtney Parker graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a Bachelors Degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. She has plans to one day continue her education and pursue a Masters Degree in Deaf Education. Her experience after graduating college was a sales position with a healthcare career training school. There, she learned about the healthcare industry and gained insight into the field. This position helped Courtney become Lakeshore’s Healthcare Recruiter. Courtney loves spending time with her friends and family.

Dana Wachterman graduated from Colorado University in Boulder with a degree in Management, Human Resources, and Marketing. She started her career working for LaSalle Bank in their Hedge Fund Business in Marketing and Business Development. She began working in the staffing industry as a Staffing Manager and then was promoted to Branch Manager of a small branch in the Denver Tech Center. That company closed their Denver Market and with her passion for staffing and recruiting she remained in the industry and joined Lakeshore as a Recruiter. Dana loves to travel and learn about different cultures around the world.

Danette Nolte has 15 years of proven account management and business development experience with over seven years at Lakeshore. Danette successfully developed many business and finance clients. In January of 2007, she was given the privilege to lead the Healthcare Division of Lakeshore in the Denver Market. Prior to Lakeshore, Danette worked in upper level retail management for The May Companies, where she was responsible for growing and developing unsuccessful markets. She is originally from Iowa, and after graduating from Iowa State University, she relocated to Denver. She and her husband have two daughters.

Dani Rice started her career working in Corporate Recruiting for Sage Hospitality. She transitioned into Human Resources Management where she enjoyed building, developing and managing the Human Resources team for Colorado United Credit Union and its two subsidiary companies. Dani joined Lakeshore in 2004 in the Denver Tech Center office, then later transitioned to the Downtown office to be closer to home. She enjoys helping people find great opportunities, and loves the “win” of finding a match for companies and candidates. In her free time she is a dedicated wife and mother to their 2 1/2 year old daughter. Dani graduated from Regis University with a degree in English.

Frieda graduated from Fort Lewis College in 2004 with her bachelor’s degree in English-Communications. Following graduation, she discovered her passion for the Staffing industry and has spent over two years as a Recruiter. She is looking forward to building a career in the Human Resources. Frieda joined Lakeshore in 2008 and is currently a Recruiter for the Downtown Denver team. Frieda grew up in Alaska and has made Colorado her home.

Haley Burrow relocated to Denver from Texas over 10 years ago and joined Lakeshore in 2003. She started her career working as an Account Manager in the telecommunications industry. She was responsible for client development and customer retention. She has spent the last five years at Lakeshore developing business at a corporate level in a variety of industries. Her strength is in placing quality candidates quickly and maintaining strong client relationships. Haley has a Business degree with an emphasis in Human Resources. She and her husband have two children and in her spare time she enjoys scrapbooking photos in the mountains.

Kim Richter has 10 years of business development and account management experience. Kim started her career at Centennial Ventures, a Denver-based Venture Capital Fund, where she was responsible for business development with key investors and the company’s portfolio companies. After Centennial, she gained professional experience with direct sales and account management at CH2MHill and ReadyTalk, Inc. Kim currently serves as a Staffing Manager in the Denver Tech Center Office and supports key clients. She earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Denver in 2004 and enjoys living in Colorado with her husband and two dogs.

Kimberly Nelson is a Colorado native who loves to travel but has always called Colorado home. Kim earned her bachelors degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Colorado along with a certificate in International Business. After graduation she became a flight attendant for Frontier Airlines until she decided to pursue a career in her field of study, which brought her to the Lakeshore team. Kim manages the front office operations in the Denver Tech Center office. Working in this position is a great opportunity for her to learn from professionals about the staffing industry, as well as human resources in general. Outside of work, Kim loves being outside and enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends.

Laura Correll is a veteran of the staffing industry. Throughout her tenure, she has held various positions including managing an on-site program as National Account Manager for Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance Company headquartered in the Denver Tech Center. Client relationships are what Laura enjoys most about her work. She has established relationships with many clients throughout her career in staffing. Currently, she has a dual role in account management and training internal employees of the southwest region. Prior to staffing, Laura began her career in retail management where she worked for Carter, Hawley, Hale stores in California. This is where her passion for client services and training began. Laura is a native of California where she is an alumnus of the University of California at Los Angeles.

Mary Clark graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Business Administration, and a minor in International Business. Mary enjoyed a 13 year career in the Fashion Industry prior to joining Lakeshore. She worked in New York City for eight years in Sales and Account Management for several menswear designers, including Giorgio Armani. Mary left Armani to relocate to Denver in 2002, and she became the Manager of Human Resources at Saks Fifth Avenue in Cherry Creek. Mary joined Lakeshore in April of 2008 as a Staffing Manager. She is a devoted wife and mother of a 4 year old son and 15 month old daughter. Mary is a food and wine enthusiast in her spare time.

Mary has lived in Denver for over 20 years. She is in her 15th year in the staffing industry and in her fifth year with Lakeshore as their Business Development Manager for the Denver market. Prior to entering staffing, Mary spent several years in the oil & gas industry as an Account Manager for a service company in Denver, and licensed seismic data to exploration companies in Colorado, Texas and Wyoming. Earlier, she spent over three years with the Consulting Division of Price Waterhouse, which is now PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mary graduated Cum Laude from Regis University with a BS in Business Administration. In her leisure time, she enjoys Pilates and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Megan has a BA in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from the University of Colorado, Boulder. During her time at CU, Megan was a cheerleader for the Buffs and has continued her passion for the sport and is currently coaching at Rocky Mountain Elite in her free time. Megan has been a recruiter with Lakeshore since October 2007.

Melissa Kellogg is a graduate from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Education and a minor in dance. She recently joined our Downtown Denver office as a Staffing Coordinator, providing support to four staffing managers and two teams. She is excited about the staffing industry because it will allow her to gain transferable office and corporate experience. Melissa has been involved in dance for many years and continues her passion of teaching dance lessons at a local studio. She is a native and loves Colorado.

Pam Black graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Marketing and has over 15 years of account management experience. She worked as a medical assistant for a surgical practice while going to school and was promoted to Practice Manager. She changed careers, after the surgeons retired, and went to work for Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Branch Manager/Account Manager until she was recruited by one of her clients as National Director of Agents for a Same Day Courier Company in Los Angeles, where she was employed for 12 years. She was responsible for hiring, training and managing 1200 vendors, and was also member of their corporate management team. In 2006, she and her husband relocated to Denver and she joined Lakeshore’s Healthcare Team in the DTC. She enjoys golfing, skiing and hiking.

Pamela has over eight years in the Financial Services Industry and three years in Direct Mail/Marketing as an Account Manager. She was responsible for developing client relationships and increasing productivity. She joined Lakeshore in 2007 and is responsible for managing clients in the Financial Service, Insurance, Property Management and Accounting industries. She has been able to utilize her prior experience and further partner and provide a high level of Staffing partnerships within her existing client base. Pamela graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in Business Management. She resides in Denver with her husband and two children.

Raissa has over 10+ years in the Staffing Business and was one of three individuals that launched Lakeshore Denver in 1999. Her career began in the Insurance industry where she worked in claims, sales and underwriting. Her first position in the staffing industry led her to an onsite placing and hiring candidates for a specialty insurance company. Currently at Lakeshore she is responsible for overseeing operations and supporting 21 employees on four teams. Her passion for the industry comes from being able to relate to all disciplines; sales, operations, management and understanding the needs of the client. She is an alumni of the University of Utah but a die hard CU Buff fan. She is a Colorado native who enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Robin Mack graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Biology. After college, she spent several years in the medical field and became a Certified Cytogenetics Lab Technologist. She then transitioned to the real estate world where she worked in business development. Her passion had always been healthcare and she therefore decided to re-enter that field. In February 2008, she joined Lakeshore as a Staffing Manager on the Healthcare Team. She brings a comprehensive knowledge of healthcare positions to Lakeshore. Robin and her husband relocated to the Denver area in 2004 and they are expecting their first child. She loves to ride horses, read, and travel.

Sharon Neher is a 20 year veteran in the staffing industry. She comes to Lakeshore from Talent Tree, a national staffing company where she successfully opened new divisions during her 10 years. She was instrumental in starting Lakeshore Denver in 1999 and continues to oversee client development and operations in the Denver Tech Center office. Sharon has a proven track record in management, sales, recruiting, operations and customer service. She is a graduate of Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. Her interests include biking, volunteer work and spending time with her family. Sharon considers her strength to be relationship building, coaching and mentoring employees.
