Recruiter

Ashley attended Texas University studying vocal performance before returning to Louisville to begin her career with Lakeshore.  Ashley joined Lakeshore over four years ago in a front office position, but quickly took on the responsibilities of payroll and supporting the Staffing Managers and General Manager.  She’s spent the last two years recruiting for two different divisions of the Louisville operation, while simultaneously running the daily office operations.

Staffing Manager

After graduating from Miami University with a BS degree in Art History, Christine worked for the Kosair Children’s Hospital in their Foundation Department where she started a fundraising program geared for children called “Kids for Kids”.  She joined Lakeshore in spring of 2007 and focuses on staffing for IT, executive and general administrative positions.

Team Manager

Dana Martin started her career in staffing in 1998 and has thoroughly enjoyed being a part of a huge industry.  Dana began recruiting in the administrative and accounting world and has found her niche in Telecom and IT recruiting.  She greatly enjoys recruiting executives from across the U.S. to join some of Louisville’s largest companies.  Prior to staffing, Dana worked with several non-profit organizations where she realized her desire and strength in helping others, which she puts to use in her recruiting efforts daily. 

Team Manager

With more than 10 years in the staffing industry, Jill has found her home with Lakeshore as the Team Manager.  After graduating with a Bachelors Degree from Western Kentucky University, Jill continued her recruiting career in Chicago, IL.  After two years in Chicago, she relocated with a National Staffing Firm to Louisville, KY, focusing on Finance and Accounting placement.  Jill joined Lakeshore in June of 2002 and specializes in a variety of professional placements, from administrative, to human resources to executive search.

Staffing Manager

Myra graduated from Florida College and completed her education at Western Kentucky University.  She brings 15 years of experience in the hospitality, banking and staffing industries, specifically in sales and training.  Myra joined Lakeshore in 2005, specializing in the engineering, insurance and accounting fields. She strives for excellence in matching candidates with clients, to ensure solid employee-employer connections, and has built a base of many loyal clients through her consistency and belief in quality service.  She enjoys playing a variety of sports, gardening, boating, sewing and has a passion for singing and music.
