Her extensive staffing background has also touched many other industry sectors, including legal and banking. She has lived in the valley for the past 23 years and is an alumni of Arizona State University.

Prior to joining Lakeshore, Kim served as the Business Development Specialist and Sales Manager for the Arizona expansion team for Nationwide Insurance. She also served as the Division Marketing Manager for Farmers Insurance in Southern California. During her tenure with Farmers, she held various positions with a strong emphasis on field operations, marketing, sales and recruitment. She has over 14 years in the insurance and financial industry. Kim graduated from Northern Arizona University with a BS in Business Administration.

As a staffing manager of Lakeshore Desert Ridge office, Stephanie is the driving force and energy surge behind the Lakeshore presence in the Arizona market. Stephanie came to Lakeshore from Hunter Consulting, Inc., an executive placement firm that she independently owned and managed where she specialized in Finance and Accounting placements. Stephanie also has placement experience in Consulting, Pharmaceutical, Real Estate and IT positions and a BS in Business Management from Loyola University.
