Contract-to-hire (temporary-to-hire) gives both the employer and the employee a chance to make sure the employee is a good long-term fit for the position. We offer arrangements that will let you hire the employee at a reduced fee or even with no fee after a specified period of time.

Our direct hire services range from administrative to information technology to sales to executive level. We can work with you within your budget and also offer a six month guarantee on most placements.

You find the employees, but we will put them on our payroll. We will pay all the taxes and deal with the unemployment issues. In addition, with the scrutiny on 1099 employees, if you put them on our payroll you will save yourself from possible future issues with state and federal taxing authorities.
