Three Ways to Get Paid
We offer three ways in which you can receive your pay from Lakeshore. Employees are paid each Friday for hours worked in the previous week.
Direct Deposit
Get paid automatically with Direct Deposit. Signing up is simple! Ask your Staffing Manager about this today.
Payroll Card
Works just like a ATM or debit card. This card can be used nationwide at more than 224,000 ATMs and more than 895,000 retailers. Visit: www.moneynetwork.com
Traditional Check
We also offer a traditional check for your convenience. Checks are available for pickup each Friday starting at 7:30 am.
Performance Bonuses
As a way of saying thank you to our employees we offer discretionary bonuses based on the hours accrued while working for Lakeshore. Employees who receive positive feedback from on-site supervisor(s), who are in good standing with Lakeshore and are currently on assignment may be eligible for the following performance bonuses:
1000 hours -> $125
2000 hours -> $200 plus holiday pay
3000 hours -> $300 plus holiday pay
4000 hours -> $400 plus holiday pay
5000 hours -> $500 plus holiday pay
Paid holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. You must work the day before and after to qualify.
Please note that some client assignments are not eligible to receive these bonuses. Check with your Staffing Manager to see if your current assignment qualifies.
Referral Bonuses
When you refer an employee to Lakeshore you will be eligible for a bonus. The employee must have worked a minimum of 160 hours. For further information please contact your local branch.
Software Skills and Training
Our training program is one of the most thorough in the industry with classes that can be taken online. Classes offered through this FREE program include:
- Microsoft Office courses (ie: Word, Excel)
- Other position specific classes
